Self-Care Arches

Pause. Breathe.
The present moment is waiting for you.

We are all made of many selves. Moulded by our experiences. Sharpened by the different roles we play throughout our lives. Adapted to fit. To survive. Each self is like a layer of earth burying our true self a little more. Hardening us to the world outside.

But inside all of us, an inner world remains. Abundant and infinite. Filled with our essence and emotions. Our dreams and our innocent hopes. This is the world of our true self, and it’s looking for a way through.

Perhaps you’ve disconnected from the world of your inner self. Or no longer understand your own muffled cries for connection. I invite you to pause, breathe and remember that it’s okay to be you.

These arches are a meeting point. Spend time here each day. Reach inside to your inner self. Reconnect. Bring them up to the surface to meet you in this present moment. Show them love, kindness and understanding. Listen and learn. Recognise the layers you’ve created around yourself and how they affect your choices so you can begin to peel them away.

Sometimes we need to break old patterns. So whether you’re looking for clarity, space to process your thoughts, or time to heal and grow – these arches offer you their strength, safety and support. You are worth this moment.

How to harness the arches:

- Choose a moment in your day to pause.
- Find a quiet space by yourself.
- Take a few slow, deep breaths.
- Then close your eyes and travel to your inner world to meet your true self.
- Notice where your thoughts go. Make peace with this.
