We all get stressed from time to time. In fact, it’s part of being human. But too much stress can leave us feeling drained and overwhelmed. Perhaps you’re quicker to anger than usual. Struggling to sleep. Or battling headaches, muscle tension and low energy. Or maybe you’ve become so used to feeling stressed, you’ve stopped noticing how it’s affecting your life.
