It's a little illustrated book. I made it because stress is one of those things we all carry around, all the time, and sometimes we just need someone to remind us of the simple stuff. A deep breath. A laugh. Stopping for a second.
Nothing in here is complicated, I promise. Take the ideas that work for you and leave the rest. That's kind of the whole point.

Where it all started
Before it was ever a book you could hold, it started as a short film. This is the original video I created:

This is a small book, and it's meant to be small. It's not going to fix everything, and it's not trying to. If things feel really heavy right now (like actually heavy) that's okay. And reaching for more than a book, talking to someone, is not weakness. It might be the bravest thing you do. Be gentle with yourself, please.
